What shirt brand do you print on?
The Dandy Studio tees/sweatshirts are printed on amazing quality, cotton/ poly cotton blend material. Our shirts have a fashionable fit, but they run true to size. See our sizing chart here.
What size should I order?
Our t-shirts sizes are 3XL-XS. Sweatshirts/Hoodie 5XL-S

Our products are genderless, please email us with any questions. We typically use crew neck tees, but v-necks are available upon request for an additional cost.
What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
All of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. We use primarily use a print on demand process from print providers located throughout the US.
Will the designs fade?
Some of the prints will fade after being washed. Please see the care instructions on the tag.
Are there any specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these tips to take care for your dandy merch:
Machine wash inside out with cold/warm water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
If ironing, iron inside-out. NEVER iron directly on the printed area. Tumble dry low or lay flat/hang-dry.
Avoid using bleach.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We also accept PayPal. Reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 10-14 business days. Most orders are received within 5-7 days of shipping. International orders usually take 3+ weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.
Standard US: 10 to 14 business days (but historically ships between 7 to 10 business days)
Expedited US: 5 to 7 business days (but historically ships between 4 to 6 business days)
**Note: Custom orders may need additional time for processing.
During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 15 - 20 business days to ship. Please plan accordingly. We do not have a warehouse or inventory, and we process orders in the order they are received.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
How do you ship?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
Do you provide tracking info?
Yes! We will provide you with a tracking number once your package(s) ship. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please reach out. International customers please contact us for more information: email@example.com.

What is your return policy?
Since we print every product on demand (when it is ordered) we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions.
Hey, we are real people, so that means we make mistakes. If there is an error with your order, please let us know within 10 days of delivery and we'll try our best to resolve the issue. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
Please note we try to be very accommodating, send us an email right away at email@example.com and we will do what we can to address your concerns.
